Currently, the California enrollment fee for community colleges is $26 per unit for California residents. The fee for non-residents is $150 per unit. Financial aid is available and students are encouraged to apply. There are two primary types of financial aid: grants and self-help (work study and loans). Grants are awarded on the basis of financial need and do not require repayment.
