ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ENTERING FRESHMEN

Application for Admission. Complete and return to the Office of Admissions with a nonrefundable application fee of $25. You will

find an Application for Admission with this publication or at our website at www.macu.edu.

Official High School Transcripts. Students having completed their junior year of high school may be considered for provisional

admission prior to high school graduation. In order to be considered, students must submit an official transcript, which allows

grades through at least six semesters. Upon graduation from high school, such students must submit a final transcript showing

completion of high school requirements.

Advisor/Teacher/Pastor Recommendation Form. This recommendation form provides a reference from someone who can speak of

the applicant’s academic and social development. Simply request the form to be completed and sent to the Admissions Office.

ACT/SAT Scores. Mid-America school codes: ACT — 4097 SAT — 0918

All freshmen applicants who are pursuing the completion of a degree must submit an official copy of either the ACT or SAT test scores.
