FIRST-TIME FRESHMAN APPLICATION PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS
Is there an application deadline for fall? yes
Priority filing date for fall: One month prior to start of term.
Final filing date for fall: Two weeks prior to start of term.
Application fee: $20
Can the application fee be waived? no

Admissions requirements:
ACCUPLACER test for placement into courses. Scores of 24 or higher in Reading, Writing, and/or Math for applicant with a waiver of placement test.
High school graduation is: required, GED is accepted
Interview is: neither required nor recommended
Standardized test requirements: ACT considered if submitted
School's test preference: ACT
Special requirements for admission to specific programs:
  • Cinema programs require essay plus required placement levels.
    Additional requirements necessary for Nursing program.
    Minimum placement requirements needed for admission to Air Traffic Control, Apparel, Construction Electricity, HVAC-R, Culinary Arts, Welding, Polysomnography, Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Dental Assisting and Central Services Tech.
