Is the Common Application form accepted? no
Supplemental forms required for those using Common Application: 0
Admissions requirements:
Applicants must be 21 or older. Minimum three semester hours required; 30 semester hours recommended. Minimum 2.0 GPA and college transcripts required. Minimum 30 semester hours must be completed at the school to earn a bachelor's degree. Lowest course grade accepted is "C".
