ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS FOR LD STUDENTS
Requirements for LD applicants: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Ellis Hospital School of Nursing will provide reasonable accommodations to students with a physical or learning disability, with the expectation that they be able to perform the essential functions/skills as well as have the physical requirements to meet the program objectives. These functions/skills and physical requirements are detailed in the Student Handbook.

It is the student's responsibility to provide from a physician documentation of the physical disability, the limitations, and the special accommodations required for that disability. Students with learning disabilities must submit evidence of the disability from an official source such as an educational specialist or an institution of learning.
