APPLICATION PROCESS
Test requirements: TOEFL required
Special services offered for international applicants: Applicants who have completed college or university level course work at an institution outside the U.S. or Canada are required to submit detailed course-by-course evaluation of their transcripts from an approved transcript evaluation service. ICO accepts transcript evaluations from World Education Services, Inc. (WES) www.wes.org and Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) www.ece.org. Once you have received your transcript evaluation, you can send/fax/email a copy and the Admissions Committee will advise you of how many prerequisites you have fulfilled. You will also need to have an official course-by-course evaluation submitted directly from the evaluation service in support of your application.
